Lovely! What did she think of it?
So far as I could tell, she loved it.
Hmm. I suppose, cold, not just cool. . . .
I love reading about your life. I’m sure it’s troubled sometimes, but it seems so sweet and idyllic sometimes and makes me believe a little more in the goodness of humanity. <3
Thanks. We do have our share of troubles…but I like to think that the good times shine like stars to guide us through the harder times.
This Sunday sledding on the hill and then watching my older son pull first his sister then his youngest brother home in the toboggan was definitely a bright shining moment!
Funny thing is, I still think of Virginia as pretty darn tropical ;) I remember a Christmas when I lived down there with the temps in the 70s.
It happens. It might happen this year. Or, we might get a winter blast though usually the serious ones hold off til February.
It’s much warmer than New York, but we usually get a couple days of snow and some cold weather between New Years and mid-Feb.
Her tote of experiences has certainly been stuffed in the last month or so!
So true! She lived in a big city. I suspect even small things like walking in the woods and driving around in cars a lot is new (though we drove around a lot the two weeks we were in China, too, so it started then. ;-)
We love her!
