  1. I feel just the way you do about novels vs short stories. But I really would like to learn to write short stories. I enjoy it when my favorite authors have written short stories in addition to novels (more stuff to read!), and if I’m ever anybody’s favorite I’d like to be able to give those readers the same, you know? :)

    Great interview! :)

    • Thanks!

There are very few short stories I think are that good reading-wise…but the good ones are really good! Best wishes to both of us in conquoring the short story!

  3. Gossip!

Okay, how many of the corruption campaign characters (albeit in heavily modified form) made it into the final-to-be-published book?

I am soooooooo looking forward to buying and reading this!

The Corruption Campaign books are still in revision…who knows what will finally come of them. Though this last approach seems to be working. So, hopefully, they will finally see the light of day.

As far as the Prospero books, only the Prosperos and the villains (whose names are changed, but they are based on the original Three Shadowed Ones) are from the Corruption Campaign…well, and the elves, who are just the Njoldar in disguise, and the king of the elves…but other than that. ;-)

  7. Great interview! Isn’t it a weird moment? You feel embarrassed and proud at the same time. Hugs and congratulations, Jean Marie
