For over a year now, the Cherubim has insisted on wearing Mario Brothers shirts. With very few exceptions, he will wear nothing else.

As you can imagine, his shirts are not in the best of shape, especially as he rips, cuts, and pulls at them occasionally…so they have ripped sleeves or a hole over the belly and other strange things. So, when spring came, I bought some new shirts.

Well, apparently, I did not do it right, because some of them are not acceptable. One of them — horror upon horror — does not have Luigi, leading to the following conversation:

 "I want two Mario shirt."

"You mean Mario and Luigi?"

"I want Mario Luigi shirt!"

(Okay, not the most interesting conversation ever recorded…but it was a conversation with the Cherubim, so it’s dear to me.)

He has a toy Mario and Luigi. His idea of playing with them is to  occationally carry them to the floor he’s on and stand them up on a flat surface.
