A commotion occurred in city hall of Many Connecticut today, when a peeping tom that had bothering the townspeople had been brought to justice by Circe's niece Logistilla (pictured above, center, with two of her friends). When asked by the press on why she changed him into a horse she replied "I always wanted a pony."
