Tornato Number Two Turns Six

Who would have thought?

(It occurred to me that many of you were not reading back in the days when I first introduced the children, Tornado in Human Form one, Cherubim, and Tornado in Human Form Two. TiHF2 is the youngest.

I explained to him that six years ago today he popped out, and I was really grateful that he did not see his shadow and go back for another eight weeks!)

    • We went to Hershey, PA for the weekend. That’s what he wanted instead of a party. We went to Zoo America and the Hershey’s Chocolate Factory…which is a place that has a ride that shows you how the real factory works. That was what he really wanted. We went on that three times!

      • Oh cool!!:D My mom and I went to Hershey and the Amish Country when I was in 8th grade. I remember going to Hershey’s Chocolate Factory and going on that ride, too.:D I also remember bringing in a bag of Hershey’s miniatures to share w/my class.^_^

  3. Your comment reminded me of something my son said the other day – he asked when he had popped out of me, I think. At the time, it made me realize that whenever I am talking with my kids about giving birth, I tend to call it “popping out”, and I have no idea why. Nice to know that I’m not the only one who has ever talked to their kids that way. :)

      • Yep, I did once discover that that was where my kids thought they popped out of, too. This last pregnancy, my kids also tried to yell in to the baby through the belly button. I found that vastly amusing.

  4. We tell the bunnybright that she was so stubborn, she wouldn’t come out and the doctors had to come in and get her.

I also have a photo of her sticking her tongue out at me at the ripe old age of 6 hours old.
